Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your class reservation, please review our policy below:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled class are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class are not eligible for a refund. Instead, you will receive a gift certificate equal to the value of your class, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
- Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and are not eligible for a gift certificate or credit.
